Hi All,
I've posted a few photos of some of the "grown-ups", that's what I called them back in the day. I know who some of them are but not all of them. I'm sure someone out there can name them all. Feel free to submit your answers in the comments section or send me an email.

Thanks for the posting of the old photos. I'm not sure I know the grown-ups, but I recognized a lot the
birthday party people. I have many birthday party pictures that look almost exactly teh same. It was good to see Doreen Lashansky and to see Laurie Epstein's name on the list. Does anyone know about the Goldstein's (Robin, Mark and Paul) or Felice Einhorn? Living in building 3 apt. 1D, I was close to Robin G. Brian Luger, Stu Lorber, Doreen Lashansky and Laurie Epstein. I have to get back to scanning. I have funny pictures of Brian, Laurie, Irene Rutkin and many others. I probably also have some photos of the grown-ups. The Halperins (Ronnie and Jeffrey) also lived on my floor. When my parents first moved to Florida, they met monthly with their own Midwood Street group. I think only Stanley and Edith Halperin are left. By the way, tou can add my sister's name to the list Enid Ratner Kaplan. She just got together with Carol Brandeis Kivel a few weeks ago.
I'll be busy scanning in some new (old) photos.

i think that the lady on the very left of the "mystery ladies" is sylvia grant and i am sure that the third from the left is ceile wollman.
on the "mystery men" photo, on the left is jack greenbaum and then moe levy (aren't i right, lev?) and fifth from the left is sol shargel.
Hi Robin, You are correct on all counts. Anyone else recognize the other ladies in their lovely hats.
Also make sure to check the photo link for a bunch of new pictures.
okay, being i am 2 for 2 on the mystery ladies, i will go for another..second from the right is ann bader..how did i do, lev?
Well, Robin, I am the one who submitted the photo, and can tell you you are right again! Since you're batting 1000, I think you also ought to be able to tell us who's down in front.
Looking at the grownup photos, it is amazing how much we look like our parents. Scary, isn't it? Or I guess our parents are good-looking folks!
